Can you drop me off at work while you service my car?
Sally or one of our other friendly staff can arrange a drop off service within the local area with prior arrangement.
Do you have a courtesy car I can use?
Yes. We offer a clean, comfortable courtesy car if required. Let us know if you would like to book it.
How long will it take to service my car?
Most services are complete the same day. If we discover that your car needs a repair, we'll call you to let you know and give you an estimate of the cost. You can then either leave your car with us, or collect it and bring it back on another convenient day for the repair work.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFTPOS, cash and all major credit cards.
Do you have a lounge so I can wait while my car gets serviced?
As well as a large, clean workshop, Riley's Garage has a waiting room where you can sit and read the paper while you wait. There are also plenty of cafes nearby for a snack or a coffee.
How early can I drop off my car?
We're open from 8am every weekday, so you can easily drop off your car on your way to work and collect it on your way home.
